Description$1+ billion division...position reports to N AM Lean Deployment Leader; based out of $250 million plant in NY; will have initial responsibility for 2 NY plants, but eventually moving to initiatives at (3) N America plants. Will develop, coordinate, and drive lean (as a business model). Initial focus on reducing inventory and improving production productivity. Must have min of BB certification (pref for MBB), excellent lean toolkit and successful lean leadership experiences. Must have success leading lean initiatives in both the supply chain and with manufacturing processes. Successful candidate will be part of executive leadership development program.
