The Director of Product Development is responsible for:
- Providing high level technical guidance and contributions to aerospace and defense projects
- Lead the product development team to ensure overall project success
- Business Development Activities with Customers
- Manage staff to ensure that contracts, R&D projects are completed on time and within budget
Qualifications of the Director of Product Development:
10+ years of related experience along with a Bachelors degree in a technical field. Candidates should have expert knowledge of aerospace and defense concepts and systems.
