Job Description
Senior Interior Designer needed to join growing, local Syracuse, NY firm immediately.

Responsibilities:
- Develop design concepts while adhering to regulatory requirements and encouraging the principles of environmental sustainability.
- Prepare documents: preliminary space plans, concept studies, elevations, details and specifications.
- Organize and supervise projects to full completion while maintaining attention to client needs and resources.
- Meet with clients, make presentations, and collaborate closely with Architects and Project Managers.
- Assist with developing project budgets and schedules, and pre-referendum feasibility studies. Research existing project conditions; formulate programming, space and lighting solutions; conduct product research.
- Mentor junior interior designers and review junior designers work.

Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Interior Design from a CIDA (Council for Interior Design Accreditation) accredited program with 8+ years of experience in interior design and knowledge and experience in AutoCAD and MS Office Suite. Candidates must have passed the NCIDQ exam, New York State Certification
